i have a small martell cognac miniature drinking glass the size is approx 3ins in hight it has a picture on the front of a bird sitting on top of a badge could be and at both sides of this badge is 1715 any ideas of the value it belonged to my gran

These were made as marketing gifts, and there were literally thousands and thousands of them made. They were given to restaurants and bars who sold Martell, as well as sold and/or given to good customers. I'm afraid there are way too many of these in the world for them to be collectible at this point. You might try selling it on ebay, but I doubt it would sell for more than about 5 pounds.
