Question
i have a 1974 bottle of crown with the seal still on it and it was made at the waterloo plant in ontario canada. what is the value of it and how can i sell it?

Answer
Hi Jerry

Distikked products like are so high in alcohol that they don't change much over time in the bottle.

The good news is that yours should be fine to drink.

The bad news is that it hasn't appreciated in value the way some fine wines do.

I'd guess yours is worth about $30-40 or so.

You would need to sell it via an auction house or a retailer--and pay them a commission.

Sorry I can't give you better news--but if it were mine, I would either drink it or give it to someone who enjoys such things.
