Beverages/value of a bottle of banana cordial

Question
I have an unopened bottle of Old Havana Brand Banana Cordial
produced and bottled in Cuba by Ramon Del Collado P.O. box907. I believe this bottle to be pre Castro because it has a Cuban peso as its seal. If possible can you tell me the value of such a bottle?

Answer
Hi  Ronnie

There doesn't seem to be much of market for things like this.  Older Scotch bottles, particularly unusual ones, and older Cognacs often appreciate in value...but cordials seem to be immune.  I think it would be hard to sell this for more than about $50, and you'd have to do it through a retailer or auction house and pay them a percentage.

You might check with the guys at antiquebottles.com.  They know more about the actual bottles, as opposed to the liquids inside, and they are very helpful about things like this.

Sorry that I can't give you more exciting news.
