QuestionPeter, i have a 500ml glass bottle of scotch. the bottle was a gift to my father from his company in the mid 1960's.it has a label 2.5"+4" it states "Cultured Scotch Whiskey" "Known To Sustain Human Life" 70% proof, 500ml "Brewed and Bottled in sterile conditions" "A Presentation from Flow Laboratories Ltd. Irvine,Scotland" on the side of the label it says " Not genuine without this authentic label" the glass it's self has the company logo in the glass and the ml measurment along one side, the fluid level is right at the 500ml mark, and it has a screw on cap. any info would be helpfull
Answerhello Neil,
To give you some info, a lot of companies buy their own bottle's with whisky in it as a gift to their clients. you can expect that there are a lot of different one's around with ever so much different types of whisky in it.
Unless you know the distillery or it is stated on the label you can't say which whisky is inside. It is old as it was bottled in the 60's I would therefore open it en enjoy. Specially as the value would be 10 to 20 us
hope this helps you
Best regards peter
