Beverages/value bottle of rum

Question
hi i got this bottle of rum from my grandfather and was just wondering if it was worth anything. i can't seem to find out. it's still 100% sealed.

Distilled spirits like this are so high in alcohol that they don't change much over time, so they don't appreciate in value the way some fine wines do. The bottles I have seen have sold for under $50. But this is probably quite safe to drink.
Unfortunately, these have not been collectible. You might check to see if the bottle is worth more that the liqueur inside...the guys at antiquebottles.com can tell you that.
