Question
please, would like to know the values of these bottles, gallon of 1971 seagrams vo, gallon of Chivas Regal 40yrs old or better still in box, 1971 Cuv'ee Dom Perignom, still in box, and 1971 remy martin Louis XIII Cognac christal decanter still in box.

Answer
Hi James

The good news is the distilled products here are till good: the Seagrams and the Cognac.

The alcohol levels in those are so high that they will not change.

But they also won't appreciate in value.  They're worth what a current bottling is worth.

But the Dom Perignon is almost certainly past its prime.

Unless it has been stored in perfect conditions it will not have any value...

Hope that helps--but I wish I had nore exciting news for you.
