Question
Good Morning! I have a clear bottle (I think 1920's) that only says: SODA WATER on the middle of bottle, twice. There are 6 stars around the top and at the base it reads: Contents 6 FL.OZ. & also, 902 PAT.DES.NO. 70,281. The bottom reads: SCRANTON, PA. I did a little research on the des no & found it named the "star" bottle. All these bottles had PROPERTY OF COCA COLA under the word SODA WATER. Mine does not.
Do you have any idea why? Thank you so much!
*any idea of value? I found a similar bottle on eBay for $69, but that had Coca Cola on it.
Thanks!

I am an expert in beverages, but not in antique bottles. But I have a solution for you!
The very nice people at antiquebottles.com have all sorts of information about the topic, and are very helpful. I'll bet if you ask them, they can give you some good advice. They may even have photos of similar bottles on their site!
Hope that helps
