Beverages/Scotch, what should we do

Question
Hi Peter,
I just finished a job for a client and he gave me an assortment of Scotch whiskeys as a thank you. When I brought them home my wife thinks we should try to sell them on ebay and I think we should keep and let them continue to mature for my bar in my gameroom someday. They're not super high end Scotch's but they would look nice behind the bar. They include Rare Chivas Regal 12 year, GlenLevit 8 year and Pinch 12 year (has a tax date for 1989 wrapped in a 1984 newspaper). All of these are unopened. What are your thoughts on what we should do? Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.

Answer
Hello Michael,

ebay will bring you not more than some dollars for a another decoration item.
I would rather let them stay in you´re gameroom to be and drink them one day.
The contents will not "mature" it is as good or as bad as it went into the bottle.
They are good drinking whisky so enjoy it.

best regards Peter
