Question
I got from my grandma this bottle. It reads on the bottom "garnier liqueurs france no. 602 anne 1961" and has a golden sticker that reads Julius Wile & Sons New York.  any ideas?1961"

Answer
Hi Omayra

Garnier makes a bunch of different flavored liqueurs, but without seeing the label, I can't tell you which one this is.  These are all very high in alcohol, about 40%, so they last forever.  At the same time, that alcohol keeps them from changing, for better or for worse.

This one is probably fine to drink--but because of the high alcohol, it won't have appreciated in value the way some fine wines do. I'd guess it would be worth around $25-40 if were unopened...

Hope that helps/
