HI Tom!

Distilled spirits like this are so high in alcohol that don't change much, for better or for worse, once they are bottled.  So the good news is that your bottle is perfectly good to drink.  The bad news is that it won't have appreciated in value the way some fine wines do.  I'd estimate the value of this bottle as about that same as a current bottling of the same stuff:  maybe $50 or so if it were unopened. It's three-star Cognac, but that is not the top of the line.
