I have a 1982 vintage 375ml bottle of Black Tower Liebfraumilch distributed by Browne Vinters Co. labeled #A.P.Nr.4 907 267 59 83, and I was wondering if it's worth anything (before I open it).

Hi Danielle

I don't have good news for you.  Those wines were made to be drunk when they are young and fruity, and that' all they had.  Now that the wine is aged, that freshness and fruit is gone, and there isn't much left.  This one is tired, faded, browning in color, and pretty much dead.

It won't have any value on the auction market, I'm afraid.
