Question
Also, is there a way to make non-alcoholic apple cider?

Answer
Emily,

Thank you for your question.
Apple cider will ferment at temperatures higher than  50 degrees.  You can add sorbates or sulfites to the cider to arrest the fermentation.  The sulfites work on killing the yeast which is driving the fermentation.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if I may be of further assistance.
