Answer
Hi Vincent

Because the alcohol level is so high, distilled spirits don't change much in the bottle (either for better or for worse) the way some fine wines do.  That means that your bottle probably tastes very much the way it did when it was originally bottled.  And the value probably hasn't gone up much, either.  I would esimate this bottle at less than $100.

You might get a better offer from a bottle collector.  You can find out more about that at antiquebottles.com.  That's a great site with lots of information and some really nice people.

Here is a brief history of the Beehive company:

The Beehive brand was launched with the founding of the Adet Seward Company in 1852. Beehive Brandy is still produced and bottled near Bordeaux blending only the finest selected brandies from throughout France. It is exported to over 50 countries and has won several gold medals at international exhibitions. Made with grapes from the famous bordeaux wine region this Super Premium Brandy possesses fine texture and a smooth vanilla like finish.

I hope that helps.  Sorry that I can't give you more exciting news.
