Question
Hi..received a bottle of Benedictine, I love B&B never had just Benedictine...its much sweeter...what French Brandy/Cognac can I buy to mix with Benedictine...price is no problem!!!

Thanks,
Moni

Answer
Hi Moni

Any French cognac will work--there is no single recipe.  And I have to say that you have a perceptive palate.  Benedictine is pretty sweet, that's why people mix it with the drier (and more alcoholic) Cognac for a B&B.  French brandies and Cognacs tend to be dried than American Brandies.  You can experiment with different mixtures to get just the taste that suits your palate.
