The nutritional value of a 37.5 ml serving of Baileys is as follows:
   
Sugar content - 20%
   
Fat content - 15%
   
Calories - 117
   
Carbohydrates 7.4g

An ounce is about 30 ml, so deduct about 25% to get the values per ounce.
