Question
Last year my grandmother passed away. When we were cleaning her garage we found a Bottle of Canadian Masterpiece Imported Blended Whisky.  It was in its original box. The seal was still intact and the date was 1963. She worked at a Distillery in Lawrenceburg ,IN. We thought maybe she got it as a gift. Is there any value on this product?

Answer
Hi Rachel

Distilled spirits like whisky don't change much in the bottle, for better or for worse, because they are so high in alcohol.  So the good news is that your bottle should be fine to drink.  The bad news is that it hasn't appreciation much in value, the way some fine wines do.  I'd estimate this one at about $35-50.

Sorry that I can't give you more exciting news.
