Beverages/Desire info about vintage liqueur (B&B, Drambuie)

Question
I have some liqueur (B&B and Drambuie) that date no later than early 1960's (could be as early as 1950). Before I open these bottles with only a bit of curiousity about them, are there people out there that would really get excited about these? I'd much rather trade up to a good Cab if someone else would enjoy them. Is there a desire for either of these? The drambuie bottle is is good shape, the B&B is missing the main paper label on the front. Both bottles are full and sealed.

Answer
Hi Kathi

Sadly, liqueurs and distilled spirits don't improve in the bottle--the alcohol level is so high that they don't change much at all.  The good news is that these should be fine to drink.  The bad news is that they don't really have any additional value.  Drink up!

Sorry I can't give you better news,
