Question
In the spanish drink ponche and lime, what exactly is the 'lime' and in what ratio should the two be served?

Hi Joseph:

This is going to seem like a cop-out, but the recipes always say to juice one lime, then add lime juice to taste.

So you should start with about 2 tablespoons of lime juice, and just keep adding juice until you get the flavor the way you want it.  Does that make sense?
