Question
I have a unopened half gallon of Chivas Scotch with stand. Can you tell me if it's worth anything?

Distilled spirits like whisky don't change much in the bottle, for better or for worse, because they are so high in alcohol. So the good news is that your bottle should be fine to drink. The bad news is that it hasn't appreciation much in value, the way some fine wines do. This is a nice bottle and I'd estimate the value at $100+...but not much more than that.
