I HAVE A BOTTLE OF IW HARPER BOURBON THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME HAVE HAD IT FOR A LONG TIME THE ORG MOLD WAS MADE IN 1955 AND THE FIGURE WAS MADE IN PORTUGAL IN 1969 I THINK IT SAYS IT WAS AT THAT TIME 126 MO OLD THE SEAL HAS NEVER BEEN BROKEN I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IT IS WORTH ANYTHING AND SOME HISTORY ON IT . IT IS A MAN IN AN TUXEDO WITH TOP HAT AND WALKING STICK OTTIS

Answer
There are a couple of these for sale on ebay right now...but they are empty.  One is for sale for $20, and has no bids yet, with two days to go on the auction.  I would guess that it will sell for less than $35.

Yours, on the other hand, is full and sealed.  I estimate the value at between $100 and 150--but it will take time to get that price.  The figure itself is supposed to be Uncle Sam!
