Question
Hi,
I live in iran and as you might know it's an islamic country and since drinking is pretty illegal here there are no certified distributors here, but who cares we keep drinking. Anyway, there are only 3 brands available Grants, Black & White and White horse (Johnny Walkers are also available but they are too expensive for an avrage every day drinker like me, something about 80$), I prefer White horses.  even though they come in boxes and everything and caps are also sealed but still I wonder are they really original? How can I know?
Thanks

Answer
Hi Hamid

You can't really know if these are original bottlings, but if the caps are sealed, there is a good chance.  Counterfeiters can be quite sophisiticated, but in most cases they simply don't go to this kind of trouble.  I would think that a sealed cap is a pretty good guarantee that the liquid inside is the real stuff.
