Question
Thanks Paul, I had recently tried that with Harp and Guiness and didn't have
any luck. If done correctly will this recipe work with Harp? I can varify that it is
still good to drink even without the separate levels. Thanks in advance,
George

-----Question-----
Good morning Paul, What is a black and tan? How do you make a black & tan?
Thank you, George
-----Answer-----
Hi George

This is a fun recipe with two different kinds of beer.

Fill beer glass half full with Bass or other pale ale. Next pour Guiness over a
spoon slowly until glass is full. If done correctly the Guiness will stay on top
and the Bass on bottom hence the name Black & Tan.

Answer
Hi George

Harp is a lager, and may have a slighty lower specific weight than Bass....so it might not work as well.  I've never tried it with Harp, so I can't say for sure that it won't work.  But it does take practice.  Pour very slowly!
