I have a very old bottle of cremede grand marnier un opened and in the box is this worth any thing

Sorry, but liqueurs and distilled products are very high in alcohol, so they don't really improve or change with age.  That means that they are not really more valuable as they get older.  YOu might get someone to pay about $50 for this on ebay...but I would suggest saving it for a special occasion and opening it.  It will taste just the way it tasted when they bottled it, and that should be delicious.
