Question
i love garlic and onions and just so happen to have a surplus.  please tell me how best to store and use these lovelies after i juice them?  also, any great recipes using the following ingredients:  garlic juice, onion juice, lemon juice, seaweed, miso, mushrooms and chilies?  thank you for your help!

Answer
Dear Cindy:

Sounds like you have quite a garden!  The one thing you have to watch out for with these juices is fermentation--they have enough sugar in them to ferment if you give them a chance.  Unless you have sterile bottling (or canning) equipment, I would go ahead and freeze these juices in small quantities, so that you can use them as you see fit.

And for a great selection of recipes, check out this website:

eatdrinkdine.com

It has all sorts of recipes, and suggests the appropriate wines to drink with each of them.  Given your ingredients, I would look to make some nice salsas with the garlic, onion, lemon juice and chiles.
