A friend of mine just gave me a old bottle of liqueur un opened he said he had it for about 40 years or so he found it in a old farm house it says petite liqueur moet& chandon 200ml does anyone no anything about this and what its worth also I have pics thank you

This is a product that Moet no longer makes.  It was a "secret recipe" that involed making a fairly sweet Champagne, then adding a fair sized dollop of aged brandy.  The result was something quite sweet, somewhat bubbly, and pretty alcoholic.

The sad news is that your bubbles are certainly gone by now, and the liqueur is tired and old tasting.  So what you have is  not worth very much.   THere are still some fans out there on ebay etc who might pay some money for this...but I think you would have to disclose that it is probably too old to be good any more.  The last price I saw was $50 for two bottles of the stuff--but that was only eight years old.

Sorry to be the bearer of such sad news.
