Question
Paul, my question is...If I have a bottle (Vodka)and it was opened by accident, do I have to store it in the freezer right away? Or can I seal it with something and put it in the cabinet? Will it loose its flavor if doing so?

Answer
Hi Elliot

No problem.  The high alcohol content of vodka protects it against just about everything.  If you like to drink it ice cold, then keep it in the freezer. If not, then just put it in a relatively dark place, and it will keep for years.  The cap will be a seal enough to keep it from evaporating, which is the only real danger.
