Question
HI I HAVE A BOTTLE OF WHITE HORSE WHISKEY CIRCA 1950 UNOPENED DO YOU THINK IT IS WORTH ANYTHING  THANKS SANDRA

Answer
Hi Sandra

Distilled spirits like cognac and whisky don't change much with time in the bottle, for better of for worse, because the alcohol level is so high.  In that way they are very different from wines.  So while this bottle should taste just as good as it did when it was bottled, it won't taste any better--and hasn't really appreciated with age.  White Horse is a good quality blended whiskey, and  and I would estimate this one at about $50-75 for the bottle and the historic interest.

Sorry I can't give you more exciting news.
