Answer
Hello DeAnna,

I don't know if my answer is going to be complete enough because while I am watching the new 90210, it's not locking into memory like the original 90210. Here's what I remember:

When Brenda arrives in town, she and Kelly meet at the Peach Pit. They talk about how they have wasted too much time and want to get their friendship back on track. It's revealed that Brenda saw Sammy as a baby, but not after that.

After Ryan goes to Brenda asking questions about Kelly, which Brenda tells him to ask Kelly, they have a confrontation. Brenda states that Kelly will never be able to move on with her life because she's still in love with Dylan.

Dylan calls Brenda's cell phone while she's with Kelly and Ryan. While Kelly speaks with Dylan and makes plans to go visit him, Brenda answers Ryan's question about who he is: Sammy's father.

Thanks to comments and questions Ryan has, Kelly wants to know why Dylan called Brenda's cell. Kelly accuses Brenda of having old habits that die hard (no clue what that means still). Brenda said that she did not have contact with Dylan in quite awhile until he had contacted Brandon to get her email address to ask her about Kelly's relationship status. She tells Kelly that she told Dylan that he's messing up if he's calling her for info, he should contact Kelly instead.

After Brenda and Kelly finish their conversation, Brenda leaves and while sitting in the car, has tears in her eyes as she deletes Dylan's contact info from her cell. I'm not sure if her crying is about Dylan or how she's finally letting her emotions out about Kelly's accusations because she comes across rather calm during the confrontation with Kelly.

Based on everything I've seen and remember, I would say that the chances of Dylan and Brenda getting back together is just as good as Dylan and Kelly getting back together. Yes, I realize that Kelly has the child with Dylan, but it wouldn't be the first time that a child's parents are not together. I guess we'll have to watch a see how the triangle ends.

Hope this helps.

Take care,
Crystal

Expertise

I have seen all 10 seasons of 90210 and have every episode on tape to locate answers. My expertise is on the first 6 seasons and the characters Brenda and Dylan, but I will attempt to answer any question pertaining to the show. Please no scene/dialogue questions because they are very time-consuming and frustrating. However, I will be happy to clarify misunderstood dialogue due to whispering and such if I'm able to. I will attempt to answer any song question for the original airdates and syndication. NO DVD SONG QUESTIONS PLEASE. Please see my "Life Experience" in my profile for song question updates, it may pertain to your question.

Experience

I have every single episode on tape to find the answers. I watched and taped the show religiously. (All requests for copies of my videotapes/episodes will be declined.)
Update: The song used in "Crunch Time" during David's meth addiction is "Living In A Fantasy" by The Rainbow Band. Many thanks to the fellow 90210 Fan that contacted me with the info when they tracked it down. Also, the song used in "One Wedding and a Funeral" that Dylan & Toni dance to is "Nobody Knows Me" by Lyle Lovett. Same song is used during the scene where Dylan is crying while holding the wedding dress and then kitten. David & Donna's wedding song is "Spend My Life With You" by Eric Benet & Tamia. Same song was Steve & Janet's wedding song.
