It's in Mr. Walsh Goes to Washington Part 2 - the very last episode of season 4. Donna gets into the limo with David and Ariel and finds a condom wrapper. She freaks out and leaves and goes to Brenda who she then tells is her "best friend" - of course the audience already knows that this is Brenda's last day in Beverly Hills.
