While I didn't have the good fortune of watching 90210 during its heyday, I have become addicted with the release of the DVDs.  There is a song in the fourth season, the episode entitled "Somewhere in the World Its Xmas", that is part of the montage when Brandon and Brenda are on the plane trying to land safely.  I have checked tvtome.com and couldn't find a listing for it.  It was not a traditional Xmas song per se.  Wondering if you knew?  I can't tell you if the song was played in the original airing and replaced on DVD.

I haven't bought the official DVDs yet so I'm not sure if they changed it, but in the original episode that aired on TV the song playing during the montages is a tradional Christmas song, "Carol of the Bells." You could download that or listen to it online and see if that's the song you're thinking about. I have not been successful in finding information on any of the DVD replacement songs.

Hi. 90210 is my absolute favorite show. I watch it at least twice a day, have my favorite episodes on tape, and can answer any question anyone has about the plot lines. Valerie, Brenda, and David are my favorite characters.
