QUESTION: when was the first time Donna and David of the show beverly hills 90210 get together?

ANSWER: David first became interested in Donna during season 2 in the episode Leading From the Heart when Brandon and Brenda's cousin Bobby arrives.  During the next several episodes, Donna and David kind of hang out, and Donna invites David to ride with her and Kelly to the rave in the episode U4EA.  Kelly makes fun of Donna and is mad because David gets drunk.  The first real "together moment" is the season 2 episode "Chuckie's back" in which Donna and David attend the winter dance together.  Donna gets mad at Kelly for making fun of her, and eventually decides that she doesn't care if David isn't cool.  She makes the later-famous statement "I'm proud to be going to the dance with the best dancer at West Beverly."  She later kisses David on the dance floor.  After this episode, they eventually start dating and date until the end of season 4 when he cheats on her with Ariel (although they take a break during his meth problems).  They get back together during season 7 and have sex for the first time in the season 7 finale.  They later break up in season 8 when he steals money from her, but eventually get back together in season 10 in time to get married in the season finale.  I hope this answers your question.  Feel free to follow-up!

David and Donna get back together in the season 10 episode "Love is blind."  David had been dating Camille but realized that it wasn't working out, so he had broken up with her in the previous episode.  Donna and David had been flirting with each other all season, and when Donna's mother, Felice, decided to sell the Martin house, David comforted Donna because she was very upset.  They fell asleep on the couch, and David kissed her.  Donna was nervous at first about ruining the friendship, but Steve, Janet, and Felice set them up on a date.  Then they decide to get back together and kiss again.  In the next episode ("I'm happy for you, really") Donna and David look at their high school yearbook, and David shows her a message that said that he wanted to marry her.  It is during this discussion that he asks her to marry him.
