Here are the answers for each major character:

Brandon-Cheryl, girlfriend from Minnesota in the beginning of season 1

Brenda-Dylan, spring dance episode at the end of in season 1

Kelly-Ross Weber, a senior who never talked to her again after they slept together, during the 9th grade before show starts

Donna-David, at the end of season 7 on college graduation night

Andrea-Dan Ruben, her dorm advisor, at the beginning of season 4 when the gang starts college

Steve-Kelly, on the beach in 9th or 10th grade (weren't too clear on that since it was before the show started)

Dylan-never said

David-Ariel Hunter, the music rep, at the end of season 4 in the back of the limo

Valerie-Tom from Buffalo, NY; wasn't clear how old she was

Clare-possibly David during season 5 out in the wilderness looking for aliens, but they weren't clear on this

Please let me know if you want more specific info or want to know about different characters. For the ones who weren't on the show long or came in the later seasons(like Noah, Gina, and Matt), losing their virginity was never discussed.
