About Crystal
Expertise
I have seen all 10 seasons of 90210 and have every episode on tape to locate answers. My expertise is on the first 6 seasons and the characters Brenda and Dylan, but I will attempt to answer any question pertaining to the show. Please no scene/dialogue questions because they are very time-consuming and frustrating. However, I will be happy to clarify misunderstood dialogue due to whispering and such if I'm able to. I will attempt to answer any song question, however I do not know any of the DVD replacement songs. Please see my "Life Experience" in my profile for song question updates, it may pertain to your question.

Experience
I have every single episode on tape to find the answers. I watched and taped the show religiously. (All requests for copies of my videotapes/episodes will be declined.)
Update: The song used in "Crunch Time" during David's meth addiction is "Living In A Fantasy" by The Rainbow Band. Many thanks to the fellow 90210 Fan that contacted me with the info when they tracked it down. Also, the song used in "One Wedding and a Funeral" that Dylan & Toni dance to is "Nobody Knows Me" by Lyle Lovett. Same song is used during the scene where Dylan is crying while holding the wedding dress and then kitten. David & Donna's wedding song is "Spend My Life With You" by Eric Benet & Tamia. Same song was Steve & Janet's wedding song.

Education/Credentials
Pertaining to BH90210: fan since original airing on Fox going back to 1991. Saw 1st season from reruns & syndication.

Beverly Hills 90210 - follow-up question

Question
QUESTION: hi crystal! i read this question online: "There is a dance song playing on episode 130 at a keg party while Kelly is speaking to Brandon about being there for him and Steve is in the scene also. Do you know the name of the song or who sings it? Thank you." i've been wanting to know the name of that song as well. part of the lyrics are "..found a happy ending...your love defending"..something like that. i'd really appreciate if you could email me the title/artist. thank you so much!

ANSWER: Hello Chiqui,

It appears that I was not able to answer this question when another person asked it due to not having enough info.

Thanks for providing some lyrics, I'll see if I can find a match. In the meantime, can you provide season & episode title or original airdate? Or maybe a main storyline from the episode for me to pinpoint the episode to find the scene you're asking about? There are 3 episodes that could be identified as episode 130: "Hazardous to Your Health", "Little Monsters" or "You Gotta Have Heart".

Look forward to hearing from you again,
Crystal

---------- FOLLOW-UP ----------

QUESTION: thanks for the quick response, crystal. it's actually only steve & kelly in the keg party scene. the other person asking about the song may have been referring to another episode. luckily i've found the name of the song -- "by the way" by jenna drey. it was in the "sounds greek to me" episode of season 4. i've got 2 more questions though. 1) where can i download free full episodes of beverly hills 90210 considering i'm in the philippines (asia)? 2) where can i get the complete list of songs used for all the episodes? thanks again!

Answer
I do not think there is a website that has a complete list of all songs used on the show. The most thorough one I know of is tv.com's Beverly Hills 90210 episode guide.

Same thing with full episodes, I don't think there is a website that has every episode. IMDB.com, tv.com, youtube.com, fancast.com, and CBS.com have full episodes available for viewing (don't know if you can download them). I don't know how many seasons they have available (at least the first 4), but it appears all of them have the DVD versions of each episode (so to me, these are not actually full episodes). That means that the original music and scenes could have been changed or cut (in fact, good chance of it) from the original network airings.

If you want, you can try fan message boards such as the one I frequent: http://90210fans.proboards.com/index.cgi?

To access the threads, you will have to register, but it is free. Members on that board have posted full episodes minus commercials (original music, no cut scenes as far as I know) of many episodes (it's not complete though, there are episodes still needed).

Try doing a web search through any search engine and maybe you will turn up something that I don't know about and is exactly what you're looking for.

My apologies that I couldn't provide more help.

Take care,
Crystal
