QUESTION: hey, i was wondering how old the actors and actresses of this series were, from start to end (year 2 year preference) and same for the character they play. Also, where can i find the episode "home again?" it's the last episode of the first season, and cbs.com has all the others except that one. I've looked elsewhere, but those places didn't have it either. why? thank you.

Here's the ages of each actor when the show premiered in October 1990 to when the show ended in May 2000.

Character ages may be off because some never had a birthday mentioned on air or the show changed when the birthday date and/or year was during the show's run. Most of the characters were born in 1974.

Jason Priestley (b. August 28, 1969) played Brandon
Real Age: 21-30, Character Age: 16-25? (based on 1974 birth year, no birthday mentioned/celebrated, see note on Shannen/Brenda)

Shannen Doherty (b. April 12, 1971) played Brenda
Real Age: 19-29, Character Age: 16-25? (Dylan's mom stated Brenda's "such a scorp" in S2 episode "Necessity Is A Mother" putting her b-day sometime from Oct 23 to Nov 21; in S3 episode "Midlife...Now What?" Brenda's birthstone is mentioned as being an Emerald putting her b-day in May; in S3 episode "Senior Poll" Jim mentions how Brandon & Brenda will be 18 that summer possibly meaning they were born in the summer months of 1975)

Luke Perry (b. October 11, 1966) played Dylan
