Hi Andi,
I am positive that for season 4, the episode you're asking about is called "The Girl from New York City." Dylan has returned from Europe and goes to the house that Steve and Brandon are staying in on the beach to say hi. I believe the season 3 episode is "Wildfire," but I am not positive on that. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful, and I hope this helps.
