QUESTION: hi! i was always wondering what did exactly the kids was studying in the university. I know for example that kelly was studying phychology and donna something about fashion managment...but the others??

Here are the majors of the gang at California University:

Kelly- psychology
Donna- fashion and marketing
Brandon- liberal arts
Brenda- theatre
Dylan- liberal arts (but he didn't actually get his degree til season 10 since he left the show for awhile)
Claire- double major physics and French lit, minor in communications
David- music
Andrea- pre-medicine
Steve-not sure, I don't know if they ever said
Valerie-not sure, I don't know if they ever said

I don't know why the actress Kathleen Robertson left the show, but I do remember seeing a clip or something where one of the producers said that her character on the show didn't really catch on or didn't fit for the direction they wanted the show to go in. I don't think there was bad blood or any crazy drama around Kathleen leaving.
