Answer Yes, the name of the guy is Wayne. This is at the end of season 9 at the same time as Kelly is raped. Donna asks Kelly "what are your thoughts on casual sex?" and Kelly says, "there is no such thing as casual sex." Noah breaks up with Donna in "That's the Guy" at the end of the season, but decides to apologize because he thinks that Donna is just acting weird because of what happened to Kelly. It is in this episode that he learns that Donna actually slept with Wayne.
