i'm rewatching the shows now and am horrified to think that
brenda and dylan don't end up together. my question is this:
is there any chance, ever, that in the new 90210 brenda and
dylan can end up together? (please say yes, this has broken my
heart!!)

Hello Amber,

I don't know if this will answer your question or not, but I'll try.

I would say there would always be a chance that Brenda and Dylan can get back together, neither character has been killed off after all.

It just seems that their reunion will be left to imagination in the form of fan fictions at this time. I do not know of anything in an official capacity that would give us their reunion otherwise.

I also think we've seen the last of any original BH90210 character on the new 90210. At least, there doesn't seem to be any plans for any of them to return or take part. I do know that Luke Perry has turned down all attempts to get him to take part and Shannen Doherty has said that she will not be returning after her brief visit to the show. (Jennie Garth/Kelly is also gone now, don't know how they will explain that one with Jackie's death and Silver being underage and needing a guardian. Guess they will say Kelly is still around, just not show her.)

Finally, all it takes to reunite Brenda and Dylan would be for one of the characters on the new 90210 to say they are back together. My guess for which character that would make most sense in that case would be Silver, Kelly's little sister. We probably wouldn't get many details, but it's an option.
