Thanks for your questions.  Hopefully I was able to track down the right information for you.  If not, just let me know and I'll do my best to find the right answer your question.

You asked;

1.  What episode did Valerie get raped and who raped her?  

Answer:

 I had to go back and watch a couple episodes again to refresh my memory but I think I was able to find enough information to answer your question.  In Season 8, Episode 20 titled; "Cupid's Arrow." Valerie and Noah end up having sex one night at the club and the next morning the question of rape was brought up when she went to a doctor to get checked out for what she thought might be food poisoning due to her feeling sick.  The Doctor asked her if she remembered having intercourse and told her about a street drug named Rohypnol, which is more commonly known as the "date rape" drug.  She assumes that Noah drugged her when it was in fact his brother, Josh.  I was never really comfortable saying that Noah raped her because while she had been given date rape drug, Noah wasn't aware of this until he was questioned by police in next episode (S8, episode 21) titled  "The Girl Who Cried Wolf."  In my opinion, Josh was the one responsible for drugging her so everything that happened following that is basically his fault.

Answer:

  From what I remember, Erica, who first appeared in Season 4 is Dylan's step sister as they share the same father, Jack McKay.  Suzanne & Kevin (or Geraldo, which I think is a perfect nickname for him) were scam artists trying to steal Dylan's money and actually succeeded until sometime during season 5 when Dylan, with the help of Val and Jones tracked them down in Mexico.  They were arrested and I believe that it was mentioned that Erica was going to be staying with Dylan's mother Iris in Hawaii that is until she turned up again in the 8th Season when Kelly & Brandon spot her on the streets.  To my knowledge, she was in fact related to him and I don't remember hearing anything to the contrary.  I can definitely understand why this would be questioned given that Suzanne turned out to be just interested in ripping him off and I think that Suzanne used the fact that Erica was related to him as a way into his life.

3.  Who raped Naomi on the New 90210 and what episode did that happen?

Answer:

   My general expertise is mostly with subjects involving the original series but I have watched the new series and am able to answer your question.  Naomi was raped by Mr.Cannon, a teacher at West Beverly High and this occurred in the season 2 finale which was titled; "Confessions".
