Question
Hey Carmen, if its not too much trouble can you quote the scenes between dylan and brenda when everyone thought she had slept with the director.  The scene where she thanks him for the gift he gave her on opening night from vital signs. And/or The carnival scene and when she goes to his house from mr.Walsh goes to washington part 2.

Thanks, the reason is because my friend and I are trying to setup a website for dylan and brenda.  Thanks again

Liz

Answer
Hi Liz,
It's no trouble at all--I love when they thought Brenda slept with that director, and a Dylan/Brenda website is a great idea!

Episode "Vital Signs"/Brenda's play (season 4)
D: Miss maggie, I figured you'd be on cloud 9 about now. Jim told me about the review in The Condor.
B: Yes, it was very generous. Described how I lit up the stage with desperation and passion and possessing a maturity beyond my years.
D: Hmm, could this possibly be the same girl that I took fishing the day after she dropped out of Minnesota?
B: Well there is a vague resemblance. Although going fishing with you was definitely one of the best times I had all year.
D: Better than starring in the play?
B: Close. You know, I never got to properly thank you for my present. I think it worked.
D: Well I'm glad.
B: And thru all the audition craziness, you were really the only one who stood by me. Thank you. (kisses him on the cheek)
D: Brenda--
B: (same time) Dylan--
D: You go first.
B: I was just going to excuse myself. I have to get to the theatre. What were you going to say?
D: (brief hesitation) Have a good show.

Episode: "Mr. Walsh Goes to Washington 2" (season 4)
carnival scene
D: Why are we doing this?
B: Because it's a metaphor for our relationship.
D: What relationship?
B: The one that we used to have, the one that went around and then we'd get to the top and then the bottom would just drop out.
D: Oh yeah. And as fate would have it, here we are, arriving at the top again.
B: Looks that way.
D: So, what's next Bren?
B: London.
D: As in England?
B: As in the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts. Roy Randolf got me into a summer program over there. I leave right after finals.
D: Well you're gonna love London.
B: More than Paris?
D: Oh, Bren, nothing can compare to Paris. Except maybe the [can't understand what he says--sounds like Bonsai platform?]
B: Well, I'm gonna miss you Dylan.
D: I'm gonna miss you too Bren.

house scene
D: (answering door) Hey.
B: Hey Dylan, can I come in?
D: Sure. What's up?
B: Well, I was packing my bags for London and I realized that there was something I had to do before I left.
D: But you don't leave for another week, Bren.
B: I know, but what happens in this week could change the rest of my life.
D: What?
B: I was with my parents this morning watching Brandon on TV.
D: I saw it.
B: I mean, there was my brother shaking hands with the president of the United States. You should have seen my parents, Dylan. There was such pride in their eyes. I've never seen them look at me like that, ever.
D: Well, Bren--
B: The only time I've ever felt anything close to that was when I was on stage, and then it wasn't just my parents, you know, it was like the whole audience applauding me. I want it, Dylan. That's why I'm going to London.
D: I understand.
B: I knew you would. You always understand me. You believe in me, don't you?
D: Yeah, I do.
B: Dylan, I love you. I've never stopped loving you, and I know now that I never will.
D: I'll applaud you from afar.
B: I want more than your applause. I won't be gone forever, Dylan. Give me something to come back to. (they kiss)

Hi. 90210 is my absolute favorite show. I watch it at least twice a day, have my favorite episodes on tape, and can answer any question anyone has about the plot lines. Valerie, Brenda, and David are my favorite characters. I have met few people who love the show as much as I do. 90210 has been my salvation after a hard day, a way to kill boredom, and just pure pleasure. If you are curious about the character`s lives or little tidbits, feel free to ask me. I`ve been known to help people win trivia contests.
