Do you know if the beach house is still there?  Do you have the address?  Is it still blue?

Hi Lorie,

Yes, the beach house is absolutely there.  It's in Hermosa Beach, near the Manhattan Beach border, at 3500 The Strand, Hermosa Beach CA 90254, at the end of 35th Street.  I've never been there, but Amanda (another AllExpert on here) has been -- just a few weeks ago.  At the time, the owner was renovating the place and informed her that all interior scenes were shot at the Van Nuys studio, which now houses the set of "Jericho", etc.  

The exerior of the beach apartment is still blue and white, I imagine, as people seem to regularly go there, take pictures, and post them on online photo sharing sites.  From what I've seen, it's unmissable.  But it is, alas, just the exterior that was used.  Makes you wonder about those balcony shots, though.  Perhaps even that area was reconstructed as a set.  Ah, the power of editing :)

Well, I began watching "Beverly Hills, 90210" at the tender age of 9 and a half, during its original run. By 11, I was a huge fan; 13, obsessed; 14, growing bitter. I don't like S6 - S10 as much as Seasons 1 - 5. But, technically, I still watch all of them in some way. Do this for 20 years and you'll remember the darndest things.

I'd like to say I've earned a "degree" on the life and times of the original eight, with specific concentration on Seasons 1 thru 5, any Jack McKay drama, Dylan/Kelly together or apart, and the guest stars of 1992-1994. Season 4, I think, was the best and strikingly different from any other. My only weakness might be later-season 'stand-in' characters like Matt and Noah, and the ever-changing ownerships of The AfterDark.
