What did Dylan say to Kelly in episode Senior Poll after she ran off in a huff about photos with him? Did he mention something like they are soulmates (yuck!)?

I know that Kelly was upset about winning Most Beautiful because she thought that everyone judges her based on how she looks.  I think Dylan was trying to help her when he let her read something he wrote, but i'm not entirely sure of what it said.  I know it was along the lines about how much he loved her and how he thought they were meant for each other.  Sorry i couldnt help more!
