Question
There is a certain phrase in Matthew 25:31-46 "least of these my bretheren" (KJV) that i want to know exactly what did Jesus meant for that? (in His heart, mind and own definition) not the kind of what human interpretation. If possible the deepest meaning of that in bible language what is really meant by least of these my bretheren?

The answer to your question is actually in the context of the passage you gave. If we put what Jesus says into the form of a question, he would be saying something like, "If you love me, how would you treat me? Would you give me a drink of cold water to quench my thirst? If you suspected that I was cold, would you give me a warm coat, of if you thought I might be hungry, would you give me something good to eat? If you would do that for me, then do it for others, no matter what their social standing might be; no matter how unimportant they may may seem to society in general." Remember, Jesus said that his disciples were to love their neighbor as much as they love themselves. So, would you give a ragged begger some of your worn out clothes that you no longer want? Is that how you would want to be treated if you were a begger (the fact that you'd likely be grateful for anything you were offered is not the point. It's the heart of the giver that is under consideration here.), or how you would treat others, or Jesus himself?
This passage is not talking about babies, though they are certainly included. The word "least" in this passage is specifically used to refer to people that are at the lowest level of society as the world tends to view them. If you were thinking that it was a reference to infants, or young people, lets say below the age of 12, you'd partly be right. It would also include the unborn. Would you protect the life of an unborn child, or would you destroy it just because it was an inconvenience? Are homeless people an inconvenience or a bother? Are they of no value? What about the long term unemployed and other unemployable, or the elderly and sick? Are, as some environmentalists are saying, we a cancer on the earth and that our numbers need to be drastically reduced no matter how it is done? Is it love for neighbor that causes doctors and environmentalists to argue that an unborn baby is just a parasite on the mother and that she has the right to destroy it just as she has the right to cut off a wart or even a finger if she doesn't want it? Or, is that kind of argument just an appeal to human selfishness, greed, irresponsibility, and etc. as a means of decreasing the human population to save the planet and promote the ancient practice of earth worship. The God described in the Bible said, humans are not to have other gods, and they're not to worship what he has created. See Romans, chapter one, et al. And, take note of the plans and goals of the United Nations and those promoting a one world government and the Gaia religion. Check out what's on the Georgia Guidestones too. If you do your homework on this, you won't continue wondering at why there is so much opposition to Chritian ethics in our society these days. The idea that human life is sacred has to be destroyed in the minds of people so that the cause of environmentalists can be more rapidly achieved by reducing the human population on earth. They, at least many of them, some in powerful positions, are determined to accomplish their agenda no matter what means they have to use, be it by deceit, laws, wars, man made famines, or outright murder.

People deserve help in recognizing the truth about what the Bible says because there is so much false teaching about it that is actually leading people away from God instead of to God.
