Question
what is the bases of their believe and who is a pharasee

Answer
The Pharisees were one sect of the Jewish religion, trusting in there own self-righteousness in the keeping of the law of Moses. The Sadducees are the other sect mentioned in Scripture. The Phraisees believed in a spiritual world and the resurrection, the Sadducees did not, they were practical atheist or humanist.
Acts 23:8  For the Sadducees say that there is no resurrection, neither angel, nor spirit: but the Pharisees confess both.
Hope this helps.
