I have been married before, and I have met this wonderful man.  He is my soul mate.  We are planning on getting married soon, we have ran into a problem though...we can't find a minister to marry us because we have been married before, from the research that I have found - many men in the bible had a wife, a cocubine maybe even more than one wife.  So why is it wrong for me to get married again?

Theres nothing  wrong in getting married again. Some e churches think that you can only marry once and that God does not recognize divorce. But this is not true. Jesus was merely making marriage a serious thing when he pointed out that men should take marriage seriously and not just divorce for any little thing (which they were doing in his time).

God divorced Israel many times in the old testament and divorce is recognized under the right conditions. Once divorced then you are single again and free to re marry.
So go to the right church.
