Oh brethren how long, how long shall
We waver between two opinions ?

If Jesus Christ is the body of the Church,
then follow him and remain a member of
his body (1 Corint.12:12, Colssn.1:24).

But if the building which man set up
is really the Church, then follow it
and remain a member of its body...
which even can't see, talk, breathe,
nor save your own soul.

There is only one God

a judgment is at hand and ye shall
know the truth, and the truth
shall set thee free.

Jesus Christ - the Chief Corner Stone -

I believe that when Jesus said, “upon this rock I will build my church;” (Matt.16:18) that Jesus is speaking of Himself (Eph.2:20, Ps.118:22, Lk.20:17).  

Jesus Christ, the stone which the builders refused (Ps.118:22), would become “the head stone of the corner” (Lk.20:17) of the church of God (1 Cor.10:32), His living body.  Therefore, Mary, blessed among women (Lk.1:48), would become the mother of the church of God, Jesus Christ being the chief corner stone (Eph.2:20), and we in Him being members in particular (1 Cor.12:27).

Jesus Christ is God (Jn.1:1-3, 14, Re.1:6).  We who are in Christ Jesus ARE the church of God (1 Cor.10:32), a people chosen by Christ before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love (Eph.1:4).  The church of God are saints of the most High (Dan.7:25, 1 Cor.1:2), throughout all ages (Eph.3:21, 1 Cor.1:2), found in every locality throughout the entire world.  

We in Christ Jesus are no longer Jew or Gentile (Eph.2:16), we have BECOME a “new” creature (2 Cor.5:17, Gal.6:15), the church of God (1 Cor.10:32).
