Question
Hello,
In revelations it talks about three unclean spirits coming out of the mouth of the dragon, the beast and the false prophet and that they are to perform miracles. Does this mean the spirits will perform miracles FOR the dragon, beast and false prophet or does it just mean the dragon, beast and false prophet will perform the miralces themselves?
Also in zechariah 13:2 it mentions unclean spirits being removed from the land when Jesus was crucified. Does this mean the unclean spirits were no longer allowed to perform miracles until the time of revelation, like it says in revelations 16:13?

The book of Revelation says in Revelation 16:14 that these are demonic spirits who perform miracles and enter rulers of nations. Sure it's for the dragon (satan)! Zechariah 13:2 speaks of a fountain, a type of Christ who can cleanse the Jews in the same way Christians are cleansed. As far as whether they were banished until the time mentioned in Revelation, one cannot make that correlation in my opinion that these are the same spirits or that there is a specific time frame placed on them. Frankly, Scripture isn't specific about these specific spirits.
