Who is sit on the Throne in Revelation 4:10
and who is the lamb in Revelation 5:6
and who will be the bride of Lamb ?

The person on the throne in Rev 4:10 is the same as the one in 4:8:
Revelation 4:8  And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, LORD GOD ALMIGHTY, which was, and is, and is to come.
The "Lord God Almighty.
The Lamb of Rev 5:6 is Christ Jesus:
Revelation 5:9  And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for THOU WAST SLAIN, AND HAST REDEEMED US TO GOD BY THY BLOOD out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
The bride of the Lamb is the Church:
2 Corinthians 11:2  For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I HAVE ESPOUSED YOU TO ONE HUSBAND, THAT I MAY PRESENT YOU AS A CHASTE VIRGIN TO CHRIST.
Ephesians 5:31-32  For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.  32  THIS IS A GREAT MYSTERY: but I SPEAK CONCERNING CHRIST AND THE CHURCH.
In Rev 21 New Jerusalem is also described as the wife of the lamb. Since the redeemed, the Church, will be where he is, we will reside there; the city our dwelling.

you said Bride may be either church or new Jerusalem but according to Revelation there is no church in new Jerusalem because God and Lamb are holy.
it means either it is church or new jerusalem.

John 14:2-3  In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.  3  And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; THAT WHERE I AM, THERE YE MAY BE ALSO.
I am not sure what you mean that there is no Church as God and the Lamb are holy?
Romans 7:4  Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; THAT YE SHOULD BE MARRIED TO ANOTHER, EVEN TO HIM WHO IS RAISED FROM THE DEAD, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.
Romans 12:5  So WE, BEING MANY, ARE ONE BODY in Christ, and every one members one of another.
The Church is the bride, wife, body of Christ.
