Question

 what does the bible about the second coming of Christ, what should the church be doing before that time?  

Answer
The future may not play out exactly how anyone has figured out various prophecies about the future, but it seems that at anytime, Christians could meet Christ in the air (rapture?), then later, Christ actually returns to earth with us Christians, to fight the anti-Christ.  Of course the church should be prepared at all times by seeking His will in each of our lives, encouraging others to entrust their lives to God.
   There are a lot of different scriptures that mention the future, so a person needs to keep reading the Bible, keeping the big picture in mind, and becoming familiar with the different ideas mentioned, so we can recognize when the events come to pass
