Question
can you explain to me the meaning of matthew 20:26-28

Answer
The verse you asked about:

Matt 20:26-28
26 Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, 27 and whoever wants to be first must be your slave— 28 just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."
NIV

Tells us that God's will is that we minister to each other.  Jesus, the very son of God, humbled himself to the extent that he allowed humans (part of his own creation) to kill him even though he was seeking to save them from eternal wrath for their sins.   This shows us how important it is that we lay aside our pride and glory for the sake of others.
